We are centrally located in Redmond, Washington. IPM is within walking distance to Redmond Town Center and minutes from the Microsoft Campus. We offer shuttle services within Redmond/Bellevue or a Rental Car if needed.

We just received a call from a real TTY operator. A potential customer wanted to bring in their 2002 Cadillac Escalade because it was broken down. They wanted to send $2000 via credit card and then they wanted us to send the additional funds to a towing company for storage and transportation fees. I told them that this does not sound legitimate at all. I have never been asked to accept money before a repair is done. I asked them what the name of the towing company was, didn't get an answer before I hung up on them. Phone number from the TTY company was 866-394-4493.

Holiday Closure
