Erik is a Certified Toyota/Lexus Technician and a Certified ASE Technician. Erik has all of the ASE Certifications except for A2 and A3 (manual and automatic transmissions). He graduated from the T-TEN program at Shoreline Community College in the summer of 2007. He worked for Toyota of Bellevue from 2005 to 2007. In December of 2007 Erik moved into service writing for an independent shop in Issaquah until April of 2008. In April, Erik then came to I.P.M. to work with Geoff and Ignacio and has been here ever since. In December of 2008, Erik was presented with the option of purchasing the business from Geoff and he took the opportunity. Erik will continue to provide excellent customer service and car repair to the customer's of I.P.M. with excellence, integrity, and your trust. Erik frequently is here, well beyond our posted hours to take care of the customer. He has been reported to have been at the shop until 1:30am finishing a clutch for a very patient customer. There have been other late nights but, that was the latest.
Ignacio has been with I.P.M. for since May of 2007. He has 15 years of experience with automobiles, including diesel and gasoline. He is the lead technician here at I.P.M. Ignacio is able to diagnosis anything and will always do his best.

At I.P.M. we are committed to being upfront and honest. We do our best to let you know what is going on with your car. We don't try to sell you things you don't need or extra unnecessary services. If you have a question about why we are recommending something, we are more than happy to explain why it is the vehicle needs the work done. If we are not able to explain it, we are happy to show you what is going on here in the shop. If you not interested in repairing all or part of the vehicle, we have no problem with that. We don't try to force or put any pressure on a customer when making a decision on what they would like done. It's not an enjoyable experience for anyone involved.
We strive to do the right job the first time. We really want you to only have to visit us once for your cars needs. We will do our best to make that happen. We use the best parts available to us without sacrificing quality. We know which parts don't work well with your vehicle and we will steer clear of those parts.
